Please join us to hear esteemed scholar Professor Rachel Moran of Texas A&M University School of Law discuss developments in education litigation since the US Supreme Court struck-down the use of race in college admissions last year. How can universities and law schools defend diversity in student admissions and faculty hiring?  Has there been a chilling effect on discussions regarding diversity in the classroom? Come learn about the next chapter in diversity, equity and inclusion litigation.

This program will be moderated by the Honorable Judge Suzanne R. Bolanos, who Chairs the San Francisco Superior Court Elimination of Bias Committee.
